 7-Days Exchange:** You can request an exchange within **7 days** of receiving your parcel. No requests will be accepted after 7 days.

  No Refund Policy:** We have a strict **No Refund policy**. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances; only exchanges are allowed.

 Allow to Open (Check Before Pay) For your peace of mind, we allow customers to open and check the parcel before making the payment.

 After Receiving the Parcel:** Once you have checked and accepted/received the parcel from the rider, no refund request will be entertained. Only an exchange will be possible.

Exchange Delivery Charges

: To process an exchange, you will need to ship the parcel back to our provided address. All return courier **charges must be paid by the customer

How to Exchange (Step-by-Step)

 1. Contact Us:** Within 7 days of receiving your parcel, send an exchange request to our WhatsApp at **+92 324 8242756** or DM us on Instagram.

 2. Product Condition:** The product you wish to exchange must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 3. Send the Parcel Back:** Our team will provide you with our official return address. You will need to send the parcel to our address using any courier service (shipping charges will be borne by you).

 4. Delivery of New Product:** As soon as we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will dispatch your new size or article from our warehouse.
